Isabelle & Daan’s wedding at the beautiful Breedenborg 🤍🪿

Isa and I were in touch often during the year leading up to the wedding, and it was almost surreal when the day arrived last Saturday. Their trust shaped every frame I took during their day, that was filled with meaning in every detail.

They thoughtfully arranged their ceremony seating, with a special spot for their little Luiz and sweet dog Rio, picked every tune that was performed live on piano, left handwritten notes for every guest to find at the dinner table, and surprised everyone with a multi-course dinner by , and a a professionally choreographed first dance with Brazilian flair in honor of Isabelle’s roots.

Documenting this day reminded me why I do this, and to continue choosing people over performance, heart over hype, presence over plenty. Very happy to share some favorite frames from the preview, and already looking forward to editing their full love story.

Anne & Paul’s summer wedding in British Columbia

Anne & Paul’s summer wedding in British Columbia, Canada in August. These days.. truly special and so close to my heart. Sharing quiet vows overlooking the Howe Sound fjord, surrounded by the mountains and the stillness of the morning. The next day their family & friends from all over the globe gathered for an intimate celebration full of laughter, guitar play, speeches that had me laughing along behind the camera, and so. much. love.

These two live life all in: from backcountry snowboarding, snowmobiling into the wild, flying to remote peaks by helicopter (this is actually how Paul proposed!), to building a beautiful home together in Squamish.. They’ve built a life that’s adventurous and true to them, just like their wedding. Seeing them promise forever to each other in their beautiful place (where bears sometimes roam in the backyard during the quiet hours!) was incredibly moving to me and I feel so much happiness for them ♥️

Dear Anne, dear Paul, it was such a joy to be there with you this summer, and an even greater honour to capture it all. You are so close to my heart. This is magical 🎶✨🤍
